Where do I register?
RenoAmerican.com (you will need to
use your Sports Connect account, or create one).
How do I know if my child is eligible for RALL?
Find your league by entering your home address in the
League Finder.
How long is registration open?
The open registration period is from December 1, 2024 to February 2, 2025.
Parents are highly encouraged to register their player(s) during this time
to ensure a spot on a team. Late registration will be available until February 8, 2025, but a late fee will apply and some divisions will
close before once all spots are filled. If we don't have enough players to form a new
team, unfortunately we'll have to turn those players away. It's
important to register ASAP.
What divisions are available?
-
Tee Ball (*ages 5-6) - *A 4-year-old can play if their parent is the head
coach
- Farm - Machine Pitch (ages 6-8)
- AA - Player/Coach Pitch (ages 7-9)
- AAA (Minors) (ages 8-11)
- Majors - (ages 10-12)
- Juniors - 60'/90- fields (ages 13-14)
What does it cost?
Tee Ball is $125 per player. The other five divisions are $165 per player.
For siblings, a $40 discount will apply.
Are there tryouts?
Tryouts for the competitive AAA (Minors) and Majors divisions will be on
Saturday, February 8, 2025. Tryouts for softball will be February 20, 2025. Juniors TBD. All players who are registered for these two
divisions are required to try out. Times and location TBD, and weather
permitting. There are no tryouts for the developmental Tee Ball, Farm and AA
divisions.
Tryouts for the Juniors division is tentatively on Sunday, March TBD, 2025.
Times and location TBD, and weather permitting.
What is the cancellation policy?
RALL will not issue refunds. If you must cancel before tryouts or before
teams are formed, we can credit your account (minus league fees) toward a
future fall or spring season. Refund exceptions will be made for a child who
is injured and cannot play prior to the start of the season. Supporting
documentation will be required. Approved credits and refunds will include a
$35 charge for transaction fees, administrative and operating costs incurred
by the league.
For spring baseball, players must be
zoned
for our league either through home address verification or because your
child attends a school within our boundary lines (school enrollment
verification). Signing up with RALL when you are not zoned for our league
will incur the $35 fee when we cancel the registration and could cause you
to miss registration with the correct league.
Is there a draft?
Yes, in the AAA, Majors and Juniors divisions only. The draft for the AAA
and Majors divisions will be on Sunday, February 9, 2025. The draft for the
Juniors division is tentatively on Sunday, March TBD, 2025. More details will
be communicated directly with coaches.
After I register online, where can I go to get help with documents?
See the
Residency Eligibility Checklist. There are three upcoming document days, where Board Members will be
available to help check registration documents:
-
Saturday, January 25, 2025 from 9-11 am @ the Mae Anne Fire Station
- Saturday, February 1, 2025 from 9-11am @ the Mae Anne Fire Station
- Wednesday, February 5, 2025 from 5-7pm @ the Bully's on Robb Drive
How do I know my player's "league age"?
The 2025 league age is used for spring registration:
Can my child play in the Spring if I'm outside of the boundary of RALL?
No, with the possible exception of the Tee Ball and Juniors divisions.
Please email
[email protected]
for more information.
When do practices begin?
Wednesday, March 1, 2025 (weather permitting). Practices for the Juniors
division begin later, after the tryouts and draft.
When do games begin?
Games begin on Monday, March 31 and run through Wednesday, May 23, 2025.
There will be no games from March 17-28 during WCSD's Spring
Break.
How long is the season?
Upper division (AAA and Majors) season ends May 23rd. TBall, Farm and AA will continue to play until the second week in
June. That way, all divisions receive an equal amount of games to play
(because TBall, Farm and AA don't get playoffs). Our hope is to
finalize all games (including AAA and Major playoffs) by June 6th.
Are there playoffs?
Yes, in the AAA and Majors divisions only.
